Which Membership Will Give Me Access To SkyPole Academy?
All of them except the non-pole membership. SkyPole Academy Classes will simply count toward your monthly class allowance. For example, if you purchase a 10-Class Pass and attend 5 Freshman classes, you will have 5 class credits left for the month. NOTE: The month starts on the purchase date, not calendar month. 

Do I Need To Take A Class Before Joining?
No. You may sign up for a membership and begin taking classes without any experience or prerequisites. Unless specified, most classes are for all levels. There will be a mix of experience levels in every class. For your very first class, we recommend "Freshman" or "First Time Poler." 

What If I Need To Cancel My Membership?
Cancellations can be done right in the SkyPole Fitness App! You do not need to contact or notify us. 
 
Can I Change My Membership Plan?
Yes, BUT be sure to cancel your current membership in the app first!!

Can I Watch A Class?
No one can come to the studio to "watch a class". If you are curious what the class is like, you can sign up for it or check out our IG page @skypolefitness

Can I Reschedule A Class?
As long as you cancel and reschedule before the 12 hour cut off. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class start time, you will forfeit your class credit. If you have a membership, you will forfeit the credit PLUS charged a $10 fee. Please ONLY sign up for classes you are sure you can attend. 

How Old Do You Have To Be?
18+ for classes. No age restrictions for private lessons or private pole parties. Please note, there are no age maximums. We have students of all ages.
